Insurance Assistance

Our office accepts most dental insurance programs used by major employers in our area. We will also file all insurance claims for you so you don’t have to worry about it. We will maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable. Insurance Policy

Dental insurance is great! We will gladly help fill out all those complicated forms. We even accept the assignment of insurance benefits so that your out-of-pocket expense can be minimized. Our office insurance expert will evaluate your particular insurance plan and work to get you the maximum reimbursement as long as you remember to bring all your forms and booklets with you. We will need this information and an original claim form before we can bill your insurance company. *

Financial Assistance

Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment.

Our goal is not to let expense prevent you from benefiting from the quality of care you desire and need. To facilitate this goal we are now offering the following financial options:

Pay in Full	Pay in full at start of treatment and get up to 5% off! A 5% accounting adjustment is rewarded when fees in excess of $200 are paid in full by cash or check before or at the start of treatment. A 3% courtesy adjustment is rewarded if paid in full by credit card.
Cash or Check	Cash and checks are much appreciated. Treatment can be paid in full or split up by the number of appointments (pay as you go).
Credit Card	All major credit cards are accepted such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Treatment can be paid in full or split up by number of appointments (pay as you go).
In-Office Financing	Our office will be able to finance your treatment for you for up to 3 months at no interest on approved credit. The first payment is collected before treatment and the rest is collected each month thereafter with the remaining balance being collected on the 3rd month. A valid credit card is needed and will be automatically billed at the agreed upon date each month.
Pre-Treatment “Cruise Plan”	For those of you with tight budgets or poor credit, we offer our most affordable option yet! With our “cruise plan” we will help you with your budgeting. As soon as you know how much you want to invest, you can start pre-paying as much as is affordable to you until enough credit is in your account to start treatment.
3rd Party Credit	We are pleased to offer you Care Credit. Care Credit is a convenient, no initial payment, low monthly payment plan for dental treatments of $1,000 to $25,000 with no interest for 12 months (OAC)! Offering Care Credit allows us to make the smile you've always wanted affordable.

* Remember that you are ultimately responsible for your account with us. Insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. We will process the paperwork and make our recommendations. The insurance company decides what they will pay - our input does not necessarily influence their reimbursement philosophy. Please be aware that some or all of the treatments we have recommended for your smile restoration and health enhancement may be considered non-covered or not reasonable or necessary under your insurance program. We do, however, have a very good idea of what most insurances do pay on most treatments.
