Remedies for Foul Breath (Halitosis)
1. Water – yes, water! Lots of people are afflicted by chronic lack of fluids because they do not drink drink the 8-12 portions of water each day the body requires. This common type of lack of fluids causes much common foul breath. You are able to enhance your breath – and provide a large lift for your health – by simply consuming enough water.
2. Lately eaten food that has not been brushed out can rapidly smell bad. The “cure” then would be to simply brush or floss. For gums and teeth and decay you have to go to your dental professional.
